CANXANSA OÜ is a European freight forwarder registered in Tallinn, Estonia. We operate as a neutral intermediary between cargo owners and carriers: we plan the shipment, book capacity, manage documentation and customs flows, and remain a single accountable contact from pickup to delivery.

Operating from an EU member state gives our clients a stable legal jurisdiction, transparent invoicing within the EU VAT framework and full GDPR-grade data handling — a deliberate choice rather than a flag of convenience.

Three transport modes, one accountable point of contact. Every shipment is planned end-to-end — mode selection, carrier booking, customs filing, in-transit follow-up and delivery confirmation.

For corridors where one mode alone is sub-optimal — for example China to Europe via Türkiye, or Central Asia to the EU — we structure multimodal solutions combining road, rail and sea legs under a single forwarding contract.

Our network covers more than 40 countries across six primary regions. Within each region we maintain a curated set of port, airport and inland hub coverage rather than thin global reach — quality over breadth.

CANXANSA does not operate its own fleet. Every shipment is executed by a carrier selected on three criteria: operational track record on the specific lane, commercial terms and regulatory compliance. Our network is grouped into four functional categories:

Carriers are reviewed periodically against on-time performance, claim ratio and documentation accuracy. Partners that drift on any of the three are replaced — that's the entire purpose of working with a forwarder rather than a single carrier.

CANXANSA OÜ operates under Estonian and European Union law. Our forwarding activity is governed by our published General Transport Conditions; personal data is handled under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act.

We screen all parties against current EU and UN sanctions lists before accepting a booking, and we decline cargo that does not meet origin, dangerous-goods or destination-country regulations — in writing, before any commitment is made.
